Method :

 

  • Blanch tomato, peel the skin and make tomato puree cancasse (chop onion, onion in little oil, add the blanched tomatoes).

  • Julienne of capsicum, onion and mushroom slice.

  • Grate the cheese.Dock the base with a fork and spread the cancasse on the topping. Top the pizza with grated cheese and bake in oven at 450° F
