Method :

 

  • Take milk and prepare a egg custard by adding egg, sugar and vanilla essence to it.

  • Pour the egg custard over the fatless sponge.

  • Put it in oven and bake at 120°F for 10-15 mins.

  • By the time prepare miring whisky, egg white and icing sugar till it becomes white.

  • It is used for garnishing and jam also used for garnishing.
