Method :

Sieve flour with salt
in it.

Take
luke warm water
dissolve yeast, sugar in it, prepare a dough with yeast & sugar dissolve
in the luke warm water.

Put the dough over the
cream fat or mix fat with dough.

Proof it for 45min.

Make 10 portions and
roll them its oval shake.

Take it out grease it
with egg white and bake it in oven at 220°C for 10-15
mins.
