Method :

 

  • Sieve flour with salt in it.

  • Take luke warm water dissolve yeast, sugar in it, prepare a dough with yeast & sugar dissolve in the luke warm water.

  • Put the dough over the cream fat or mix fat with dough.

  • Proof it for 45min.

  • Make 10 portions and roll them its oval shake.

  • Take it out grease it with egg white and bake it in oven at 220°C for 10-15 mins.
