Method :

 

  • Sieve flour and salt together.

  • Dissolve yeast, sugar in a luke warm milk.

  • Prepare a dough with yeast and sugar and milk.

  • Now put the dough with creamed fat.

  • After applying dough with fat mix egg in the dough.

  • Proof the dough in proving chamber for 45 mins..

  • Make 16 even portions and grease the tarts.

  • Arrange these portions in tarts making a well shaped.

  • Bake at 180°C in a greased tray for 15-20 mins.
