Method :

  • Sieve flour and baking powder twice.

  • Cream fat and sugar whisk egg with vanilla essence and add to the cream mix .

  • Add flour and mix gently into soft dough.

  • Add flour and mix gently into soft dough.

  • Break into small pieces and roll into crushed cornflakes.

  • Place on a baking tray an inch a part.

  • Bake at 375°F for about 20 mts. This dough is sticky in nature, hence while breaking into pieces, it is advised to moisten the palms with water.
