Method :

  • Cream butter and sugar.

  • Beat the egg with vanilla essence.

  • Add to the creamed mixture and make a soft dough.

  • Refrigerate under plastic film or a wet cloth for 30 min.

  • Roll the dough and lime in tart moulds.

  • Bake at 200°C till light brown.

  • Garnish with fillings.
