Method :

Cream butter and sugar.

Beat the egg with
vanilla essence.

Add to the creamed
mixture and make a soft dough.

Refrigerate under
plastic film or a wet cloth for 30 min.

Roll the dough and
lime in tart moulds.

Bake at 200°C till
light brown.

Garnish with fillings.
