Method :

 

  • Pick rice and wash, boil and drain them.

  • Put rice in hot milk salt and vanilla essence.

  • Cook for few minutes. Add sugar and egg yolk.

  • Pour into greased mould and chill

  • Unmould the rice in a plate.

  • Glaze with syrup, garnish with fruits and with melted jam.

  • Serve it
