Method :
-
Pick rice and wash,
boil and drain them.

Put rice in hot milk
salt and vanilla essence.

Cook for few minutes.
Add sugar and egg yolk.

Pour into greased
mould and chill
-
Unmould
the rice in a plate.

Glaze with syrup,
garnish with fruits and with melted jam.

Serve it
