Method :

 

  • Dissolve yeast and sugar in Luke warm water and dissolve salt in flour.

  • Sieve together flour and salt and make a dough with dissolved yeast water and add egg and mix well.

  • Kneed the fat into dough and proof for 1 hrs.

  • Knock back the dough for 45 mins.

  • Divide them and shake them as a long shake.

  • Place on a greased tray and bake in oven at 450° F for 10 min. Brush fat or oil of or shining.
