Method :

 

  • Sieve Flour and make a well in the center.

  • Mix yeast and sugar in Luke warm milk.

  • Dissolve salt in Luke warm water.

  • Start working from the center, kneed well to form a smooth and tight dough.

  • Proof for 45 min. and divide into equal parts.

  • Roll out the dough into 10-14 inches along.

  • Make gashes at a slant.

  • Proof till double in size.

  • Egg wash and sprinkle with Til seeds at top.

  • Bake in fairly hot oven of 425°F for 25 mts and then at  300° F for 1 hour.
