warm water.

Start working from the
center, kneed well to form a smooth and tight
dough.

Proof for 45 min. and
divide into equal parts.

Roll out the dough
into 10-14 inches along.

Make gashes at a
slant.

Proof till double in size.

Egg wash and sprinkle
with Til seeds at
top.

Bake in fairly hot
oven of 425°F for 25 mts and then
at 300° F for 1 hour.
