Method :

Sieve flour and baking
powder together.

Whisk egg and sugar on
a double boiler till frothy.

The mixture turns
whitish, add vanilla essence.

Fold in the flour.

Pour into a greased
round cake tin. Bake in oven at 350°F for 25-30 mts.

Let it cool for 5-10
mins.
