Method :

Toast peanut in oven
for few hrs.

Keel chop and sprinkle
with salt.

Beat egg white till
fluffy

Add flavorings and
sugar gradually and beating.

Fold in the nuts /
coconut powder.

Arrange teaspoon of
mixture on inch on a greased and dusted tray and in the oven at 300°F till
light brown and crisp.
