Method :

 

  • Toast peanut in oven for few hrs.

  • Keel chop and sprinkle with salt.

  • Beat egg white till fluffy

  • Add flavorings and sugar gradually and beating.

  • Fold in the nuts / coconut powder.

  • Arrange teaspoon of mixture on inch on a greased and dusted tray and in the oven at 300°F till light brown and crisp.
