Method :

 

  • Melt chocolate in a double boiler add butter.

  • Mix well and take off the fire.

  • Add yolks.

  • Beat egg white, adding sugar at the end..

  • Fold in chocolate mixture.

  • Chocolate mousse can be flavoured by the rum or orange juice and coffee and serve in ice cream cups or champagne saucer
