Method :

Melt chocolate in a
double boiler add butter.

Mix well and take off
the fire.

Add yolks.

Beat egg white, adding
sugar at the end..

Fold in chocolate
mixture.

Chocolate mousse can
be flavoured by the rum or orange juice and
coffee and serve in ice cream cups or champagne saucer
