Method :

  • Dissolve yeast and sugar in Luke warm water.

  • Dissolve Salt in remaining water.

  • Sieve flour, add yeast, water & form soft dough. Add egg & mix well.

  • Kneed the butter 1 fat into dough and keep in a warm place to proof for one hour.

  • Knock back the dough and keep for 45 mts.

  • Divide into 16 equal portions and shape them.

  • Place on a greased tray and cover with a wet cloth. Prove till light it’s tough.

  • Egg wash

  • Bake in oven at 450°F for 10-15 mts.

  • Brush with fat or oil for shining.
