Method :

 

  • Sieve flour and salt together.

  • Make a dough with egg and water.

  • Proof the dough in proving chamber for 30 mins.

  • Chop the apples into fine pieces add nuts. Almonds, rains and provided sugar. Cardamom powder and vanilla essence and make a filling.

  • Take out the dough from proving chamber and rollout on surface.

  • Add the filling on half of the roll and them rolled in.

  • Glaze it with egg white.

  • Bake it in oven for 2 min. at 550°C
