Method :
1.
Make a
short crust pastry with flour, butter, salt and water.
2.
Line a
round tin with pastry
3.
Cover
with a grease proof paper
4.
Blind
bake for 10 min at 200°C.
5.
Saute
bacon dices, grate cheese
6.
Mix
whole egg and milk. Season.
7.
Garnish
crust with bacon and egg milk and then cheese.
8.
Bake
quiche 200°C until golden brown for approx 20min.
