Method :

 

  1. Prepare garnishes.

  2. Slice and sauté mushrooms and onions

  3. Chop parsley, dice lam

  4. Heat 10 gm butter 5 ml oil in an omelet pan

  5. Beat 2 eggs, beat and season

  6. Make omelet fold garnish inside

  7. Glaze all four omelets with remaining 10 gm butter.
