Method :

 

  1. Hard boil 6 eggs

  2. Refresh and scale, cut in halves, sieve yolks

  3. Prepare mayonnaise

  4. Combine mustard and yolks

  5. Chop garnish very finely

  6. divide filling in three parts

    1. Flavor with three parts

    2. Flavor with Ham

    3. Flavor with herbs and cheese

  7. Fill four white laves with each garnish serve three different halves per person.
