Method :

 

  1. Peel and chop onions, garlic and tomatoes.

  2. Heat oil, cook onions add tomatoes, garlic salt, pepper, sugar, herbs

  3. Cook for sometime

  4. Remove herbs mix eggs and butter

  5. Add seasoning and cook over double boiler until

  6. Add cream mix in ½ of tomatoes mixture

  7. Arrange in vegetable dish

  8. Put remaining mixture in centre

  9. Garnish with chopped parsley.
