Method :
-
Peel and chop onions, garlic and tomatoes.
-
Heat oil, cook onions add tomatoes, garlic
salt, pepper, sugar, herbs
-
Cook for sometime
-
Remove herbs mix eggs and butter
-
Add seasoning and cook over double boiler
until
-
Add cream mix in ½ of tomatoes mixture
-
Arrange in vegetable dish
-
Put remaining mixture in centre
-
Garnish with chopped parsley.
