METHOD

 

  • Wash all the vegetables. Shell peas and cut carrots into thin slice string and cut beans into lang. Slice Break the cauliflower into flowerets. Slice onion.

  • Wash and drain rice.

  • Heat fat and fry onions till crisp and fry other vegetable also add whole spices and rice.

  • Add the stake or water.

  • When the rice is three fourth cook them add vegetables and cook on slow fire.

  • Min well and serve hot

  • Garnish with fried onions.
