METHOD
-
Wash all the vegetables. Shell peas and cut carrots into thin slice string
and cut beans into lang. Slice Break the cauliflower into flowerets.
Slice onion.

Wash and drain rice.

Heat fat and fry onions till crisp and fry other vegetable also add whole
spices and rice.

Add the stake or water.
-
When the rice is three fourth cook them add vegetables and cook on slow
fire.

Min well and serve hot

Garnish with fried onions.
