Method :

 

  1. Pick, wash, soak and drain rice.

  2. Blanch tomatoes and Extract pulp.

  3. Grate coconut and extract coconut milk.

  4. Grind onion, green chilles and coriander leaves.

  5. Combine to make tomato pulp and coconut milk.

  6. Heat fat, add ground spices and try well. Add tomatoes and coconut extract. Put rice and fry.

  7. Add salt and hot water.

  8. Cook till rice is dove.
