Wash the tomatoes and rice

Add half the water to the tomatoes and look for few min.

Mash well and strain.

Grind ginger and garlic and min. with a tomato juice

Slice onions and add it to the fat, and keep it for half for garnish.

Add spices and rice and fry well.

Add tomato juice and remaining water and cook the rice. Add salt.

Cook till done.

Garnish with brown onion and chopped coriander leaves.
