METHOD
-
Sleve Flour add Chilli powder, coriander, turmeric, salt.

Make a soft dough and kneed with oil.

Divide the dough into 4-5 portrons. Roll out to a cylindrical shape and
boil with boiled water for 20 minutes.

Take out from water, cool and cut into one __ piece. Pick and wash rice,
soak for 20 minutes and drain.

In a heavy bottom pan heat oil, add cumin seed when they crackle add red
chilly powder and salt. Stay for 2-3 min. then add the required amount of
boiling water.

Cook it on the flame(High) till the water boil and then reduce the flame and
cook it on dum till the rice sets.

Add prepared gattas mix with fork and serve hot.
