METHOD

 

  • Sleve Flour add Chilli powder, coriander, turmeric, salt.

  • Make a soft dough and kneed with oil.

  • Divide the dough into 4-5 portrons. Roll out to a cylindrical shape  and boil with boiled water for 20 minutes.

  • Take out from water, cool and cut into one __ piece. Pick and wash rice, soak for 20 minutes and drain.

  • In a heavy bottom pan heat oil, add cumin seed when they crackle add red chilly powder and salt. Stay for 2-3 min. then add the required amount of boiling water.

  • Cook it on the flame(High) till the water boil and then reduce the flame and cook it on dum till the rice sets.

  • Add prepared gattas mix with fork and serve hot.
