Method :
-
Skin the chicken and put
slits all over the body and apply salt and lime.

Ginger and garlic paste.

Beat thoroughly all spices.

Grind and mix the papaya.
-
Add oil.
-
Apply the above
masala all over the body of the chicken and in
between also. Keep aside for 4-6 hrs.

Thread chicken on skewers and
put it into a hot tandoor, baste with fat
occasionally, remove when well done serve hot.
