Tandoori Chicken

Method :

  • Skin the chicken and put slits all over the body and apply salt and lime.

  • Ginger and garlic paste.

  • Beat thoroughly all spices.

  • Grind and mix the papaya.

  • Add oil.

  • Apply the above masala all over the body of the chicken and in between also. Keep aside for 4-6 hrs.

  • Thread chicken on skewers and put it into a hot tandoor, baste with fat occasionally, remove when well done serve hot.
