METHOD
-
Cut the meat
into half inches chunks.
-
Pell and slice
garlic.
-
Finally chop
onions and green coriander.
-
Roast cumin
seed. Beat the curd and add red chilli, cumin, coriander, turmeric and salt.

Heat fat in a
pan and garlic till golden brown.
-
Then add onion
cardamom and fry. Add meat and fry well.
-
Add the curd
mixture.
-
Continue frying
till it is done and dry.

Add 3½ cup of
water.
-
Bring to boil.
-
Than cook till
the meat is tender.

Adjust
seasoning and garnish and serve hot.
