LAL MAANS (Red Meat)

Garlic

30 gm

Turmeric

½ tsp

To taste

Green coriander

A bunch

 

METHOD

  • Cut the meat into half inches chunks.

  • Pell and slice garlic.

  • Finally chop onions and green coriander.

  • Roast cumin seed. Beat the curd and add red chilli, cumin, coriander, turmeric and salt.

  • Heat fat in a pan and garlic till golden brown.

  • Then add onion cardamom and fry. Add meat and fry well.

  • Add the curd mixture.

  • Continue frying till it is done and dry.

  • Add 3½ cup of water.

  • Bring to boil.

  • Than cook till the meat is tender.

  • Adjust seasoning and garnish and serve hot.
