Method :
-
Clean, cut chicken and apply salt.

Grind onion, garlic, ginger, green
chilles.

Chop coriander and tomatoes.

Boil and grind
khus-khus to a paste.

Grind cashew nuts to a paste.

Heat fat, fry ground
masala and add chilli powder,
haldi powder, coriander powder, continue
frying.

Add khas-khas,
chopped tomatoes.

Add chicken pieces and sufficient water
to cook.

When chicken is cooked add cashew nuts
and coriander leaves.
