METHOD
-
Boil the gram
in water till well cocked.
-
Mash well.
-
Add sliced
green chillies, ginger, turmeric, salt, tamarind juice and jaggery.
-
Boil for ½ hour
over on slow fire and then remove.
-
Heat oil in a
frying pan, add mustard seeds fenugreek and asafetida.
-
As the seed
splutter pour over dal.
-
Mix well.
