METHOD
-
Wash, cut and
boil the tomatoes with at least one liter of water.

Chopped onions,
ginger and garlic.

Cook it and
pass through the strainer to take out pure.

Blend the Gram flour
to some cold water.
-
Add it to the
puree.
-
Look and stir
it till it becomes thick.
-
Add chilli
powder and salt.
-
Temper with
mustard seeds and curry leaves.
