TOMATO KUT

Curry leaves

Ginger

Whole red chillies

Garlic

5 gm

Salt

To taste

Gram flour

100 gm

Red chilli powder

1 tsp

Oil

15 gm

 

 

Asafoetida

A pinch

 

 

 

 

METHOD

 

  • Wash, cut and boil the tomatoes with at least one liter of water.

  • Chopped onions, ginger and garlic.

  • Cook it and pass through the strainer to take out pure.

  • Blend the Gram flour to some cold water.

  • Add it to the puree.

  • Look and stir it till it becomes thick.

  • Add chilli powder and salt.

  • Temper with mustard seeds and curry leaves.
