Raw bananas

Turmeric

1-2 flakes

Curry leaves

1 spring

 

 

 

 

METHOD

 

  • Clean and peel bananas. Cut them into cubes.

  • Great coconut, grind onions, chillies ,garlic, and mix.

  • Heat oil in shallow pan. Add the garlic paste and chillies paste.

  • Add bananas cubes and sauté. Sprinkle little water if required.

  • When ¾ portion is done add grated coconut and curry leaves and remove from fire after about 2-3 mins.

  • Heat oil. Add firmly chopped onions.

  • When the colour changes to brown add the prepared bananas and sauté it check for seasoning.

  • Serve hot.
