Raw bananas

METHOD
-
Clean and peel
bananas. Cut them into cubes.
-
Great coconut,
grind onions, chillies ,garlic, and mix.
-
Heat oil in
shallow pan. Add the garlic paste and chillies paste.
-
Add bananas
cubes and sauté. Sprinkle little water if required.
-
When ¾ portion
is done add grated coconut and curry leaves and remove from fire after about
2-3 mins.

Heat oil. Add
firmly chopped onions.
-
When the colour
changes to brown add the prepared bananas and sauté it check for seasoning.

Serve hot.
