Red Chilli Powder

 METHOD

 

  • Soak the chhole for a night in water.

  • Wash and put chhole in prersure cooker along with water and Bay leaf, clove, Black pepper and Tea bags for colour and wait for 4-5 whistles.

  • Make a part of ginger, garlic and onion and make a Tomato puree with green Chillies finally chopped.

  • Put oil in a deep pan and add whole garam Masala, Bay leaf, clove, cinnamon, mace, nutmeg, whole red Chillies, cardamom and add the onion, ginger, garlic paste tomato puree, puree.

  • Add all the garmented Masala.

  • When tomato puree is cooked, add boiled chhole and cook till alone.

  • Add chhole Masala and dry mango powder.

  • Garnish with Onion ringer, tomato and green Chilli
