METHOD
-
Soak the chhole for a night in water.

Wash and put chhole in prersure cooker along with water and Bay leaf, clove,
Black pepper and Tea bags for colour and wait for 4-5 whistles.

Make a part of ginger, garlic and onion and make a Tomato puree with green
Chillies finally chopped.

Put oil in a deep pan and add whole garam Masala, Bay leaf, clove, cinnamon,
mace, nutmeg, whole red Chillies, cardamom and add the onion, ginger, garlic
paste tomato puree, puree.

Add all the garmented Masala.

When tomato puree is cooked, add boiled chhole and cook till alone.

Add chhole Masala and dry mango powder.
