Raddish

Bitter Gourd (karela)

75 gm

Sugar

¼ tsp

Raw Bananas

100 gm

Water

400 ml

Oil

METHOD

 

  • Peel and wash all the vegetable.

  • Cut the radish into quarters lengthwise and then 2.5 cm slices.

  • Cut the potatoes into quarters lengthwise and then 1 cm slices.

  • And same with raw bananas.

  • String the beans then cut 2.5 cm pieces.

  • Heat oil in a pan.

  • Add mustard seeds.

  • Then add  ginger. Fry for a minute.

  • Add vegetables.

  • Continue frying for 5-6 min. add water being to boil.

  • Leave it on slow fire, until cook.
