METHOD
-
Peel and wash
all the vegetable.
-
Cut the radish
into quarters lengthwise and then 2.5 cm slices.
-
Cut the
potatoes into quarters lengthwise and then 1 cm slices.
-
And same with
raw bananas.
-
String the
beans then cut 2.5 cm pieces.
-
Heat oil in a
pan.
-
Add mustard
seeds.
-
Then add
ginger. Fry for a minute.
-
Add vegetables.
-
Continue frying
for 5-6 min. add water being to boil.
-
Leave it on
slow fire, until cook.
