Green Chillies

Cumin seed

Mustered seeds

Coriander powder

Garam Masala

3gms

Turmeric

3gms

Chilli powder

3gms

 

 

 

 

METHOD

 

  • Wash and soak rajma overnight.

  • Place in a pan with enough water and bring to boil.

  • Summer and cook for about an hour, till tender.

  • Separately heat fat, add cumin seed and mustered seed.

  • When they crackle add chopped onions, ginger, garlic and green Chillies and cook till colour change.

  • Add spices and continue trying for sometimes.

  • Chopped tomatoes.

  • Cook for some time.

  • Combine with rajma, garnish with chopped coriander.

  • Serve hot.
