METHOD
-
Wash and soak rajma overnight.

Place in a pan with enough water and bring to
boil.

Summer and cook for about an hour, till tender.

Separately heat fat, add cumin seed and mustered
seed.

When they crackle add chopped onions, ginger,
garlic and green Chillies and cook till colour change.

Add spices and continue trying for sometimes.

Chopped tomatoes.
-
Cook for some time.
-
Combine with rajma, garnish with chopped
coriander.

Serve hot.
