PUMPKIN ERUSSERY

Red pumpkin

Green chillies

Curry leaves

2 sprig

Turmeric

A pinch

Salt

To taste

Fresh coconut

Cumin seed

Mustard seed

5 gm

 

 

 

 

METHOD

 

  • Peel and cut pumpkin into small pieces and branch these pieces.

  • Grind together green chillies and turmeric. Smear it on pumpkin.

  • Add salt and some water.

  • Grind together grated coconut, cumin seed, to fine pasted and add to the boiled pumpkin.

  • Heat oil add mustard seeds and chopped onion and curry leaves. Fry it to golden blown.

  • Then add it to the pumpkin.

  • Check for seasoning and garnish with grated coconut.
