PARSI DAL

Split red gram

120 gm

 

 

Turmeric

½ tsp

 

 

Salt

2 tsp

 

 

Clarified Butter

1 tsp

 

 

Garlic

2 flakes

 

 

Cumin Seed

½ tsp

 

 

 

 

METHOD

 

  • Pick, wash and cook dal in salt and Turmeric.

  • When the dal is prepared, prepare the tempering by heating ghee in a pan.

  • Then add cumin seeds and garlic and add it to the dal.

  • Serve hot.
