METHOD
-
Cut papad into
1cm cube.
-
Peel, wash and
chop onion and prepared a paste of ginger and garlic.

Blanch chop and
make pure of tomatoes.
-
Heat fat, fry
papad and remove it.
-
Mix all the
slices in curd and prepare the batter.
-
Take oil and
heat it and add whole Garam Masala and then add onion paste, grated ginger
and chopped garlic and cook it.

Add the curd
batter and cook for 10 mins. And add pure of tomato.

Cook for a
while and add a little water.

Lastly add the
fired paperd and serve hot.
