METHOD
-
Wash and cut tomato into half and add them to the oil with whole garam
Masala and mash it continuously with garlic and ginger paste and chopped
green Chillies and cut it into triangular shapes and dup fry them.

Put the pureed mixture into the Bhagona and them add fried paneer with
Mutter Butter and Stir continuously .

Lastly add whip peal cream just before serving.

Add sugar if necessary.

Garnish with whipped cream and Coriander leaves.
