PALAK PANEER

Spinach

METHOD

 

  • Cut paneer into cubes, heat fat, fry paneer till pale brown and remove.

  • Put it in salted water. Grind ginger and garlic paste.

  • Heat fat add ginger and garlic paste and add whole green chillies, chilli powder, coriander powder and turmeric powder.

  • Add washed, chopped and blanch spinch.

  • Add salt and cook.

  • Add water of necessary.

  • Cover and cook on a slow fire till spinach are well mixed and then, when cooked add paneer and bring to boil and garnish with coriander leaves.
