METHOD
-
Cut paneer into
cubes, heat fat, fry paneer till pale brown and remove.

Put it in
salted water. Grind ginger and garlic paste.

Heat fat add
ginger and garlic paste and add whole green chillies, chilli powder,
coriander powder and turmeric powder.

Add washed,
chopped and blanch spinch.

Add salt and
cook.

Add water of
necessary.

Cover and cook
on a slow fire till spinach are well mixed and then, when cooked add paneer
and bring to boil and garnish with coriander leaves.
