METHOD
-
Clean spinach
and wash well.
-
Clean and spice
garlic, ginger and green chillies.

Chop coriander
leaves and sheu the peas.

Put all
prepared ingredients and chilli powder.

Add salt and
little water till vegetable are done and till water evaporate.
-
Heat fat in a
pan add asafetida, coriander and mashed spinach.

Fry well and
serve hot.
