Turmeric

Red chilli powder

Ghee

100gms

Garam Masala

10 gms

Green Chillies

Cardamom

4 no.

Oil

75 gms

Green coriander

A bunch

Onions

100 gms

Lemon Juice

2 tsp

Garlic

2 pods

Salt

To taste

 

 

 

 

 

METHOD

 

  • Pick wash and look dal in salt and turmeric

  • When the dal is cooked prepare the tempering  by heating ghee in a pan

  • Add onions, ginger, garlic, red chilli, Garam Masala twice.

  • Add the tempering to the dal.

  • Serve hot.
