METHOD
-
Pick wash and look dal in salt and turmeric
-
When the dal is cooked prepare the tempering by heating ghee in a pan
-
Add onions, ginger, garlic, red chilli, Garam Masala twice.
-
Add the tempering to the dal.
-
Serve hot.
