METHOD
-
Take gram flour and add ginger and mint. And whisked curd with the remaining
ingredients and water to make a dough.

Divide into equal portion and roll into a cylindrical shape and Boil it with
salt.

Drain and cut into ½” pieces.

Heat oil and deep fry until golden brown.
For Gravy
-
Whisk curd and add dhania powder, chilly powder, Turmeric and salt.

Heat fat add cumin, doves, cinnamon, bay leaf and saufe.

Add Garam Masala, with green chillies, mint and check seasoning.
