GATTE KI SABJI

Cinnamon

Red chilli powder

Bay leaf

Asa futinda

A pinch

Ginger

Curd

220 gm

Curd

5 gm

Coriander powder

20 gm

Ghee

60 gm

Red chilli powder

3 gm

Oil

130 gm

Turmeric

METHOD

 

  • Take gram flour and add ginger and mint. And  whisked curd with the remaining ingredients and water to make a dough.

  • Divide into equal portion and roll into a cylindrical shape and Boil it with salt.

  • Drain and cut into ½” pieces.

  • Heat oil and deep fry until golden brown.

For Gravy

  • Whisk curd and add dhania powder, chilly powder, Turmeric and salt.

  • Heat fat add cumin, doves, cinnamon, bay leaf and saufe.

  • Add Garam Masala, with green chillies, mint and check seasoning.
