Aubergine

Coconut

Coriander seed

Curd

1 cup

Cumin seed

½ tsp.

Salt

To taste

Turmeric

¼ tsp

 

 

Tempering

 

 

 

Mustard seed

 

 

 

Curry leaves

 

 

 

Ghee

 

 

 

 

 

METHOD

 

  • Pick, wash and soak the gram

  • Peel, wash and cut vegetables

  • Grind together onions, spices and coconut to a fine paste.

  • Mix it with the beaten curd and add it to the boiled gram

  • Cook for 10-15 mins.

  • Heat Fat and mustard seed, curry leaves then add to the prepared vegetable
