Method :

 

  • Soak dal and Rajma overnight in water.

  • Cook it for 2 hours till thick.

  • Add milk when ¾ done.

  • Heat fat with 25 gm butter

  • Add ginger, garlic paste and fry

  • Add chopped onions, green chillies fry till golden brown

  • Add red chilli powder, dhaniya powder, turmeric, chopped tomatoes and cook.

  • Mix the above made spices to dal.

  • Garnish with beaten cream and chopped coriander leaves

  • Dal must be thick.
