Method :
-
Soak dal
and Rajma overnight in water.
-
Cook it for 2 hours till
thick.
-
Add milk when ¾ done.

Heat fat with 25 gm butter
-
Add ginger, garlic paste and
fry
-
Add chopped onions, green
chillies fry till golden brown
-
Add red
chilli powder, dhaniya powder, turmeric,
chopped tomatoes and cook.

Mix the above made spices to
dal.

Garnish with beaten cream and
chopped coriander leaves
-
Dal must be thick.
