METHOD
-
Peel and cut
potatoes into 3 pieces. Soak cashew in warm water. Grate coconut and extract
coconut milk.

Boil potatoes
and cashew in coconut extract.

Grind into a
paste onion, red chilly, coriander, cumin and turmeric. Slice onions and
split green Chillies.

Heat oil add
mustered and curry leaves, add ground spiels and sliced ingredients, cook
till onions are soft.

Add potatoes,
cashews, lime slice, salt and summer for 10mins.

Check for
seasoning and serve.
