CABBAGE FOOGATH

 

 

INGREDIENTS

Cabbage

456 gm

Onion

55 gm

Green chillies

5 gm

Mustered seed

A pinch

Oil

30 ml

Coconut

55 ml

Curry leaves

One sprig

salt

To taste

 

 

METHOD

  • Wash and shred the cabbage and chop onions and green chillies.

  • Heat oil and add mustered seed when crackle

  • Add chopped onions green chillies and curry leaves

  • Sprinkle little water to prevent the cabbage from getting burnt

  • Add coconut grater and cook till the water evaporates.

  • Remove from fire.
