cabbage bhujia

Mustard Seeds

A pinch

 

Method :

 

  • Clean wash and shred cabbage slice onions and chop chillies.

  • Heat oil, add mustard seeds and salt.

  • Fry lightly add cabbage, spices and salt.

  • Cook on a slow fire for 20 mins.

  • Add lemon juice and garnish.
