METHOD
-
Roast or boil
brinjals.
-
Remove skin and
mesh.
-
Slice half
onions and chop the remaining half onion and green chillies and garlic.
-
Heat fat, fry
sliced onions, add meshed, brinjals, turmeric, cumin powder, chilli powder,
salt. Cook for few minutes.

Remove from
fire. Add chopped onion and serve garnish and chopped green coriander.
