Brinjal bhujia

Method :

 

  • Roast brinjal on a hot tawa or oven a fine charcoal

  • Peel of the skin under water and chop roughly.

  • Peel and chop onions

  • Chop green chillies and garlic

  • Heat fat, sauté chopped onions, add chopped brinjal, haldi, jeera, chilly powder, garlic.

  • Cook for few minutes and remove from fire.
