Method :

Roast brinjal
on a hot tawa or oven a fine charcoal
-
Peel of the skin under water and chop
roughly.

Peel and chop onions
-
Chop green chillies
and garlic
-
Heat fat, sauté chopped onions, add
chopped brinjal, haldi,
jeera, chilly powder, garlic.

Cook for few minutes and remove from
fire.
