BRINJAL BHAJI

 

 

INGREDIENTS

Brinjal

½ kg

Turmeric

½ tsp

Salt

To taste

Sugar

1 tsp

Oil

For frying

 

 

METHOD

 

  • Slice brinjals into sum thick round slice.

  • Rub with salt, turmeric and sugar.

  • Leave it for 30 mins.

  • Drain the extra water.

  • Heat fat over medium high heat and fry brinjals to blown in colour
