BHINDI CURRY

Bhindi (Lady's Finger)

Ghee

METHOD

 

  • Wash the bhindi, remove head and tail, fry then and sprinkle some amchoor on them.

  • Heat the ghee, add onions and add broken bay leaf and fry it.

  • Add bhindi with the grounded paste mixed with curd and fry for 7 mins.

  • Add a little water, turmeric powder, salt and sprinkle garam Masala and little ghee.

  • Serve hot.
