METHOD
-
Wash the bhindi,
remove head and tail, fry then and sprinkle some amchoor on them.
-
Heat the ghee,
add onions and add broken bay leaf and fry it.
-
Add bhindi with
the grounded paste mixed with curd and fry for 7 mins.
-
Add a little
water, turmeric powder, salt and sprinkle garam Masala and little ghee.

Serve hot.
