METHOD
-
Take whole capsicum and deseed it. And blanch the capsicum

Take potatoes and boil and mash it. Add Turmeric,

Green chilli, red chilli powder and roasted and grinder
-
Powder and lime and salt.

Stuff the potatoes in the whole and blanched capsicum.

Take oil and fry the stuffed capsicum.
