INGREDIENTS

 

Capsicum(large)

6 no.

Green chilli

4-5 no.

Potatoes

450 gm

Turmeric

A pinch

Onions

55 gm

Mustard seed

5 gm

Cinnamon

5 gm

Line

Half

Clove

5 gm

salt

To taste

Cardamom powder

5gtm

 

 

 

 

METHOD

 

  • Take whole capsicum and deseed it. And blanch the capsicum

  • Take potatoes and boil and mash it. Add Turmeric,

  • Green chilli, red chilli powder and roasted and grinder

  • Powder and lime and salt.

  • Stuff the potatoes in the whole and blanched capsicum.

  • Take oil and fry the stuffed capsicum.
