METHOD
-
Wash and slice
beans into small pieces.
-
Chop onions and
green chillies.
-
Heat oil, add
mustard seeds.
-
When crackle,
add chopped onions, green chillies and curry leaves.
-
Add sliced
beans, salt and enough water to the beans properly cook.
-
Look the beans
till the water has enough evaporated.
-
Add grated
coconut, cook a little longer.
-
Remove form
fire.
