BEANS FOOGATH

 

 

INGREDIENTS

 

Ingredients

French beans

 

Onions

55 gm

Green chillies

5 gm

Mustard seeds

 A pinch

Oil

30 ml

Coconut

55 gm

Salt

To taste

Curry leaves

1 spring

 

 

METHOD

 

  • Wash and slice beans into small pieces.

  • Chop onions and green chillies.

  • Heat oil, add mustard seeds.

  • When crackle, add chopped onions, green chillies and curry leaves.

  • Add sliced beans, salt and enough water to the beans properly cook.

  • Look the beans till the water has enough evaporated.

  • Add grated coconut, cook a little longer.

  • Remove form fire.
